FlexTram Systems keeps this simple: we collect only what we need to run flextram.com and to respond when you reach out. We don't sell your information, and we don't run advertising or remarketing trackers. This page explains what's collected, why, and how to opt out.

Who we are
This site, flextram.com, is operated by FlexTram Systems ("FlexTram," "we," "us"). We build onsite tram systems for events, venues, and large-footprint campuses. This policy covers information collected through this website only.
Information we collect
Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, what device and browser they use, and how they move through the site. This is collected through cookies (see below). Google Analytics does not store full IP addresses; it uses them only to approximate general location and then discards them.
Information you submit. When you fill out a form on the site — the contact form, the request-a-bid form, the procurement-packet request, or the savings calculator's email field — we receive what you enter: typically your name, email address, organization, and details about your project or venue. We collect this only to respond to your inquiry.
We do not knowingly collect information from children, ask for sensitive personal information, or run advertising, remarketing, or social-media tracking pixels on this site.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. This site sets first-party analytics cookies used by Google Analytics — _ga and _ga_<id> — which help us tell repeat visits from new ones and measure overall traffic. They don't identify you by name and aren't used for advertising.
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. The site remains fully functional with analytics cookies disabled.

How we use your information
We use analytics data to improve the site and understand what content is useful. We use information you submit through forms solely to respond to you, prepare a quote or proposal, or follow up about a potential deployment. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings. Information you submit through a form is kept as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of our correspondence, after which it may be archived or deleted.
Your choices and rights
You can disable cookies or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've shared with us, or to ask that we not "sell" or "share" it — we don't do either. To make a request, or to ask us to delete something you submitted through a form, contact us using the link below and we'll take care of it.
